Benefits Of Seniors Fitness Classes

We offer our Seniors Fitness Classes can be held either seated or standing, and we offer the classes face-to-face as well as online. These sessions for seniors typically run for 45 minutes and are tailored to the unique and varied needs of elderly people, with the use of the chair for support if needed.

Classes are run by highly skilled, friendly and experienced teachers in small group settings so senior residents can enjoy the social connection with other participants while having fun and being active.

The movement and exercises for seniors are low impact and gentle on the body.

You can choose to book a once-off class, or you can book an 8-12 class weekly program. The more sessions you book, the cheaper the rates!

We will schedule the class around your lifestyle and wellbeing calendar.
