I’ve received good feedback from the residents and that is why I will continue with the weekly dance classes. What I have observed, and has been reported to me, that the residents are calmer and happier after the class, enjoying their afternoon tea and chatting to each other.

Our residents appear noticeably calmer and more centred after their weekly yoga and tai chi sessions. They find it stimulating for their senses and a good check-in with their body.
