We offer our mindfulness sessions for seniors face-to-face. 

 

These sessions for seniors typically run for 45 minutes and are tailored to the unique and varied needs of elderly people whilst seated.

 

Classes are run by highly skilled, friendly and experienced teachers in small group settings.

 

You can choose to book a once-off class, or you can book an 8-12 class weekly program. The more sessions you book, the cheaper the rates!

 

We will schedule the class around your lifestyle and wellbeing calendar.
