Sessions Involve?

We offer our seated seniors yoga sessions face-to-face as well as online. Chair yoga sessions for seniors typically run for 45 minutes and are tailored to the unique and varied needs of elderly people, with the use of the chair for support.

Classes are run by highly skilled, friendly and experienced teachers in small group settings so senior residents can enjoy the social connection with other participants while having fun and being active.

The senior’s yoga classes are low impact and gentle on the body.

You can choose to book a once-off seniors yoga class, or you can book an 8-12 class weekly program. The more sessions you book, the cheaper the rates!
